02Cold rolling production line
The cold rolling production line is imported from Germany, Austria and other countries with the most advanced technology and equipment in the world. The annual designed production capacity is 1.4 million tons.
03 Galvanizing production line
The hot-dip galvanizing production line introduces the continuous hot-dip galvanizing production technology of the French company VAICLECIM. The product specifications are thickness 025-25mm, width 960-1540mm, zinc layer thickness 60~450gm, the surface of the product is regular spangle, no (small) spangle and smooth spangle.
04 Electrical steel annealing coating line
The electrical steel annealing coating production line is Baotou Steel’s first non-oriented silicon steel production line, with a design capacity of 200,000 tons per year, and the product width is 960-1300mm and the thickness is 0350.50.65mm.
05 Wide and thick plate production line
The key equipment and technology of the 4100mm wide and thick plate production line in the thin plate factory are provided by the world-renowned equipment manufacturers Italian DANLEL Company, Germany SMS SMS Company and Germany SIEMENS Siemens Company. The design capacity is 1.4 million tons/year. The heat treatment production line is designed and manufactured by Germany LO Company. The processing capacity is 500,000 tons/year, and the product specifications are: width 1200mm-3600mm thickness 5mm-100mm length 3000mm-18000mm
